GTrack provides a transport and fleet management platform for companies. This policy applies to GTrack websites, web and mobile applications, and services where this policy is displayed.

By using GTrack, you accept this policy and our Terms and Conditions.

To operate the platform we collect different types of data, always limited to what is necessary to provide the service.

Account data

• Name, email, and phone number of platform users
• Company, position, and role assigned within the system
• Access credentials (stored encrypted)

Operational data

• GPS positions, routes, and driving events of your fleet's vehicles
• Trip data, fuel loads, maintenance records, and documents
• Driver information required by the contracted modules (shifts, licenses, payroll)

Technical data

• Platform access and usage logs
• Device and browser information for security and support

We use data exclusively to provide and improve the contracted service:

• Operating the platform's modules: GPS monitoring, planning, costs, compliance, and invoicing
• Generating artificial intelligence predictions and alerts about your own operation
• Providing technical support and implementation guidance
• Improving the platform's security, availability, and features
• Sending operational communications and, with your consent, commercial information

Your fleet's operational data is not used to train third-party models and is never sold. GTrack's AI predictions are generated exclusively for your own operation.

We do not sell your data. We only share it in these cases:

• Cloud infrastructure providers and services necessary to operate the platform, under confidentiality agreements
• Integrations you expressly activate (third-party GPS, ERP, e-invoicing)
• Competent authorities when required by law

We keep data while your account is active and for the period necessary to meet legal, accounting, and tax obligations. At the end of the contract you may request the export of your operational data and its subsequent deletion.

In accordance with applicable data protection legislation, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we process about you
• Request the rectification of inaccurate data
• Request the deletion of your data where applicable
• Object to or restrict certain processing
• Request the portability of your data

Your data is stored on cloud infrastructure with enterprise-grade encryption, automatic backups, and role-based access controls. When data is processed outside your country, we require equivalent contractual protection guarantees.
